- 1x 50g skein Coop Knits Socks Yeah (4ply, 75% Fine Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon, 212m/231yds/50g in Kunzite (106) – Col B
- 4mm (US G) hook
- 3.5mm (US E) hook
- 1 removable stitch marker
Tension
16 sts and 32 rows in granite stitch to 10 cm/4 in using 3mm hook (or size needed to achieve tension)

Construction
Hat is worked from the crown down in rounds in a spiral with no turning or joining of the rounds. The brim is then worked in rows around the bottom circumference of the hat.
